Because we make every order fresh to order, you receive the products with full shelf life. This is a benefit over buying from a re-packager. Our items vary from 4 months (truffles) to 12 months (candies and chocolates).
How should heat-sensitive items be stored during summer?
Chocolates should be stored at 72 degrees or less, in a cool space.

What are preferred file formats?
To guarantee the highest possible print quality and accurate reproduction of your branding, we recommend providing vector EPS files. These files are ideal for maintaining corporate colors and ensuring crisp, sharp images.
Alternative Accepted Formats: While vector EPS files are preferred, we also accept PDF or TIFF formats, provided they meet the following criteria:
• Minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch)
• Clear, high-quality images and graphics
• Accurate representation of your branding elements
